How the Cascade Estore team is improving customer experiences
Our Cascade Estore Team is continuously working to improve your purchasing experience. During customer interactions, we are collecting feedback and reviewing our internal processes to ensure we deliver consistent service and support. Three particular areas of focus are Order Processing, Product Introductions/Modifications, and Cross-Departmental Communication.
The breadth and depth of the Cascade’s product portfolio makes department communication, training, and oversight critical. The Customer Service Team has been working closely with every department to ensure that new product additions and changes (as well as the various challenges that accompany them) are communicated and checked across department responsibilities so no details are missed.
Customer Service has been hosting, contributing, and cross-training other departments on the functions and systems their team uses daily. This effort will help alleviate order obstacles and increase the fluidity of the customer experience. Customer Service Team Leads are also working hard to communicate with other department leads and collect valuable feedback to refine internal processes and better fit the needs of the company and the customer.
Merrit Healy, the Cascade Customer Service eStore Team Lead, has been working on numerous projects, one of which is an initiative to make ordering custom devices easier. She has been working closely with suppliers to condense the amount of information required on order forms so there is less follow-up and decreased lead times.
